Pricing - Software as a Service
Sheds is licensed as a Software as a Service (SaaS) - meaning you pay a monthly fee to use the software. It runs best on our highly secure, high availability Windows dedicated servers, however it can install and run on your local hardware if needed. Once you become a client, we set up your user accounts and grant you access through remote desktop services. All you do then is click an icon on your desktop and Sheds opens up as if it is running on your computer. Every night, all of our client's data is backed up to, for extra piece of mind. Pricing is a fixed monthly fee, plus a "per user" fee. (Sorry, sharing user accounts is not allowed.) Additional user accounts may be added at any time. There is a one-time set-up fee to get started.
Sheds Retail costs $50 per month plus $16 per month for each user account. The one time set up fee is $500.
Sheds Retail + Finance costs $70 per month plus $16 per month for each user account. The one time set up fee is $700.
Sheds Manufacturer Module costs $200 per month plus $16 per month for each user account. The one time set up fee is $900.
The set-up fee covers account set-up, adding your logo, and adjusting verbiage on invoices, estimates, etc. We set the order status names to your choosing and the builder/driver/sales pay calculations to your model. We'll provide you a spreadsheet to to enter your buildings, prices, options, raw materials and more, then upload them for you.
Add-ons:
- QuickBooks integration has a set-up fee of $500 - $700 depending on configuration. There is a monthly fee of $15.
- 3D Configurators, CAL Can Help, RTON Dealer Management System - One-time fee of $800.
We invoice our customers every three months in advance.
